APRIL 2010 LITTERS UPDATE : KITTENS AVAILABLE

Update: August 6th 2010. Kittens in the pics below are all from previous litters and have already left for their new homes. We have a beautiful litter of kittens born in June who will be ready for homing in September, but unless I have any cancellations which would be unlikely, they are all now reserved.

Two more of my queens are now expecting, one in mid August and one at the very end of August, but all being well (and they hatch safely and their new babies thrive) these new kittens will not be reserved until a few weeks after they are born so that I may be able to properly assess them for possible waiting show /breeding homes. Enquiries to be considered for loving and responsible pet homes are of course always most welcome.

Our two youngest silver tabby queens Hufflepuff and Hedwig should hopefully be mated later this year. They are two really lovely youngsters with a wonderful silver pedigree, and with the matings we will be doing I have confident hopes of some exceptional babies from their first litters, a most exciting prospect for us...

Kitten enquiries are always most welcome, and if I cannot help you myself ( and sadly I never have enough kittens for all the very many nice enquiries that I receive..) then I have caring and reputable breeder friends who may either have silver kittens on the way, or have some born but yet to be reserved..

Kittens in the pics below are from Snowdrops 2009 litter, from a very special mating : Skidoosh Silver-Snowdrop x Gryffindors Silver V-Man ( German Import )

This litter were of superb type with wonderful round heads and cobby strong bodies, promising round green eyes, and in fact are amongst the best black silver classics that I have ever had the pleasure to breed. They have a VERY special pedigree, being sired by the handsome German import Gryffindors Silver V-Man who is owned by my close friend Lizz Benson of Limatz cats.http://www.limatz.co.uk/CURRENTindex2.htm

We have repeated this mating in 2010 and the new babies born in April 2010 look every bit as nice as the 2009 litter.

Two of Snowdrops little girls have stayed here with us, we have called them Hufflepuff and Hedwig.

SKIDOOSH SILVER TARQUIN ( LILY X KANE BOY, ONE OF OUR 2008 YOUNGSTERS )

2009 KITTENS: UPDATE OCTOBER 31ST 2009 WE HAVE KITTENS AVAILABLE..

The 2009 babies have been arriving in the Skidoosh nursery. Grace and Kane's early January '09 litter of 4 well marked black silver classic tabby kittens has been homed, and Blossom and Maximus' 3 adorable silver classic tabby boys have also left for their new homes. Graces' sister Lily had 5 beautiful silver classic tabby kittens to Kane, which have now been homed. Ruby my spotty queen also had four fine kittens to Kane, all of which are now reserved and will be leaving us shortly in November.

At the moment, my youngest queen Snowdrop has 5 beautifully marked silver classic tabby kittens born on October 12th. Exceptional pedigree, a lovely litter. One last litter for 2009 has also very recently arrived on October 30th, another well marked litter of silver classic tabbies

Enquiries are always very welcome, for pet, show neuter, or possibly for show/breeding to experienced, responsible and caring breeding homes by very special arrangement. .

The kittens below are from Blossoms first litter of beautiful silver tabby Skidoosh babies born in 2007. These lovely chunky kittens are pictured at 6 weeks old. Their sire was UK Grand Champion Adhirsh Sirhenry Humbug ( breed 18 silver tabby ), a sire who has done so much good for our breed.

The last two litters that Henry sired were from Skidoosh queens in 2008. He is now neutered and retired, but we have three Henry Humbug daughters, a grand-daughter and a great grand-daughter here to carry on his line.
